Having someone walk along side of you during these tough times can be life changing.  My practice is tailored to the specific issues of my clients, helping them to meet obstacles with new skills and find balance in a busy world. I believe that when people better understand their feelings, behaviors and expectations, they can make choices that bring them a greater sense of well-being and fulfillment.

I work from psychodynamic, family systems, and mindfulness cognitive behavioral approaches in my work, drawing from these to meet each person's individual needs. I provide a safe and supportive environment for you to become more self aware, which in turn can enrich your world and personal relationships.  It is part of my work to help people work through the past, create achievable goals for the future and develop helpful skills for living in the present.
